Kelemen N. János és neje (Stegmüller Anna) 1910-ben tett alapítványa egyrészt a püspöki és a domonkos nővérek iskolájában tanulók, másrészt a két intézmény elöljárósága részére. István Vilmos püspök családi ösztöndíjalapja a szombathelyi domonkos zárdában nevelkedő rokon leányok számára. A két alapítványt az első években közösen kezelték.
