Administrative history

Vicét 1315-ben említik először Wycze néven, majd 1332-ben a pápai tizedjegyzékben. A reformáció idején a katolikusok református hitre tértek templomukkal együtt. A vicei plébániát 1885-ben alapították, és a templom is ekkor épült.
