Az első három dobozban a csupán a sárfalvi Plébánia iratai vannak, de a 1853-tól 1865-ig a főesperesi iratokkal együtt kezelték a plébániai iktatott iratokat. A 13. doboztól ellenben újból csak plébániai iratokkal találkozunk.
